Daniel Agger has always had its troubles with the Danish press, which, according to national team captain has not always been straight sanddruelig or thorough when it comes to pass this or that rumor, or one or another story from the world of football.

Tuesday afternoon took Daniel Agger distinguished assisted by journalist Jimmy Bøjgaard a cute little revenge. Bøjgaard summoned the press to a press conference at the Apollo brewery next to Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen with the words:

'What does the tattoos on Daniel Agger's hands? The attached picture gives little of the answer. Come and get the whole answer to the press conference with Daniel Agger, where he reveals details about a current business project. '

Seller beer for Crack Cancer
Ok, so it's about Daniel Agger's project to sell tattoo designs online, thinking the smart journalist, and being somewhat confused when he comes down in the basement of Apollo and getting stuck a can of beer in hand.

- No, thanks, I'm at work, trying to meekly before you feel ordered to drink beer, for which the brewer Henrik Damgaard says himself, as he points to the can: 'It's this, it's all about!'

Daniel Agger has simply been brewing with Damgaard. In cooperation with Ølfabrikken and Harboe has produced no less than 155,000 pieces of the new 'Agger Pils', which is sold in the supermarket, grocery store and selected Netto stores. All proceeds go to Crack Cancer.

- Now I know many of you are at work, but otherwise I think I would taste the goods, says Agger when he gets word of Bøjgaard.

- I'm not at work! says the thirsty from the TV2 journalist Rasmus Tantholdt that has stood and lurked at the back of the pack on 25-30 audience, which also includes among other John Faxe Jensen, food critic Mik Schack and DAD frontman Jesper Binzer, which have sprung up to support project.

Brewed beer in a basement room in Hvidovre
But how can Agger be aware how to cheat us hardworking journalists?

- I did know that they (Bøjgaard others) would make it here. It's not really something that holds its own, smiling Agger awry.

- I'm not completely stupid, I know what is interesting and what is not. I said really only refused to do it this way.

- But then I thought that if we do this now, then we might get sold this beer, and then we can come up with the money to Crack Cancer early as this week, says the 29-year-old Hvidovre boy has an interest in beer, which dates back to the period 10 years ago when he established himself at Brøndby team.

- It started in a small basement room home in Hvidovre many years ago. A few friends and I tried to brew a little myself, but it was not working right. We may not have quite the same conditions as you have here, but we gave it a chance.

- So I'm in here with Brøndby team at a time to keep the Christmas party, 10 years ago, and then comes John Faxe down with a liter of beer in a fun glass with a large ball. He promised 5,000 kroner fine box if there was any 'us wimps who could bottoms in one sip'.

- All the people went crazy. We'd just take the money out of him. It gets you is not normal. But there was no one volunteered. Then I thought, 'I do'. So I drank the beer and got the money for the fine box. Later, I fell into conversation with Henrik Damgaard and got more about beer, says Agger.

- The bottom line is that me and my friends are very interested in beer. One thing is to drink them, another is where they come from, how they are actually being brewed, says Agger.

The new beer is made of three kinds of American hops and German grains, besides coriander seeds.

Who had the idea to put coriander seeds in?

- Yes, but it's so ... says Agger and looking after Damgaard.

Was the expert's idea?

- Njohh. There's several different kinds of seeds, but may be added. It's really just to add something that is not directly tastes like much but it gives a little hint of something else, so it's not just a standard lager. It is also to 5 percent, so that it is not quite regular.
